Where do you make your games?

The majority of the game development and production has been done in Spain. The figures use SIOCAST technology, invented in Spain, with collaboration from international creators.

Do you plan to release Boardquest expansions?

Yes, as a long-term goal. The first expansion is already designed but still in production stages — we are expecting it to become available in 2027.

My language version is out-of-stock. When do you expect a reprint?

A reprint is anticipated in 2026. You can join the waitlist to help us gauge demand and to be notified as soon as your version is back in stock.

Delivery

Why don't you ship to my country?

We currently focus on our core markets in the EU and US, but we aim to deliver globally in time.

I have not received my shipment tracking number. Where is my package?

If you don't receive a tracking number within 3 days, please contact info@ramezware.com. Our target is a 24–72 hour package turnaround.

I'm having an issue with my game delivery

Game Design

Is this a family-friendly game?

Yes — Boardquest features inclusive, child-friendly language with limited fantasy violence. Units are defeated rather than killed and can be resurrected through special mods.

Is this an accessible game?

Accessibility is a priority. We avoid color-only communication, use clearly distinguishable faction minis, pair text labels with icons, and use above-standard font legibility throughout.

Is there gore and violence in the game?

No gore, violence or adult content. Fantasy weapons such as swords, bows and shields may be equipped, but gameplay focuses on depleting Health Points.

Is Boardquest inspired by Warcraft 3?

Boardquest draws inspiration from various games, including Warcraft 3, but it does not aspire to be a Warcraft 3 adaptation.

Are the factions in Boardquest well balanced?

Yes. We built a dedicated AI engine and a video game version to test thousands of scenarios and refine faction balance before release.

Can you play the game solo?

Absolutely. The board game includes 2 Story Books with solo scenarios retelling Liria's origin story from two perspectives: the defenders and the newcomers.
